.The product is significantly different from the description on the website.

2.Return Requirements:

.The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

.The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and the invoice/receipt included.

3.Refund Process:

.Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status within (3) days.

.If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Bank Account, KPay or WavePay) within (5) to (7) business days.

(B) Shipping Policy

1.Processing Time:

.All orders are processed within (24) to (48) hours after payment confirmation.

2.Shipping Estimates & Rates:

.Yangon / Mandalay: 1 to 3 business days.

.Other Cities: 3 to 7 business days.

.Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery location.

3.Order Tracking:

Once your order has been handed over to our logistics team, you can track your Order Status directly under the 'Account' section of the MGD Mall Website or Application.
